Fajita Marinade

Serves 4-6

A tasty marinade for chicken, steak or veggies, and great for making a brilliant Boxing Day meal using leftover Christmas turkey! Made with toasted garlic, authentic dried chipotle and ancho chillies and a fantastic blend of herbs and spices. Traditionally served with tortillas, fried onions and peppers, fresh salsas, guacamole, pickled chillies and soured cream

Ingredients included…

Garlic, fresh red chilli, chipotle chilli(es), ancho chilli, freshly ground spices and herbs

You’ll also need…

500g chicken breasts (OR good quality pork or beef steak) and 2 tbsp cider vinegar (or any other white vinegar or lemon/lime juice)

Things you may already have…

1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt and sugar (optional)
