Tikka Masala

Serves 2–3

Recognised as a true British national dish, the classic Tikka Masala is a versatile curry said to have been invented in Glasgow.

Ingredients included…

Ginger, garlic, red/green chillies, dried chillies, whole spices and freshly ground spices

Our kits are produced in a factory that handles mustard seeds and tree nuts.

You’ll also need…

1 onion, 200ml passata OR 2 fresh tomatoes, 400-500g meat (or for a veggie suggestion 300g tofu/paneer), 2-3 tblsp yogurt/double cream
(nut/soya/low fat versions can be used)

Things you may already have…

1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sugar (optional) and 1 tsp salt (optional)
