You’ll also need…
1 onion, 2 fresh tomatoes OR half a can of tinned, 400-500g chicken (or for a veggie suggestion 1 can of chickpeas, a sweet potato and a red pepper)
Things you may already have…
1-2 tbsp oil, 2-3tbsp milk/yoghurt/cream, 1 tsp salt and sugar (optional)
