Goan Fish/Prawn Curry

Ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh curry leaves, creamed coconut, whole spices and freshly ground spices
You’ll also need…
1 onion, 2-3 fresh tomatoes OR half a can of chopped and 250g of shelled raw prawns OR 350g of any firm fish (coley or pollack are good sustainable alternatives to cod, salmon or haddock). If using fish and prawns, use no more than 400g all together.
Things you may already have…
1-2 tbsp flavourless oil, 1/2 – 1 tsp salt, a squeeze of lemon/lime
