At Tastesmiths we aim to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds our legal obligations. Please email email@example.com in the first instance to resolve any issues you might experience with your order.
All of our orders are sent via a 24 hour service as standard with delivery confirmation. If you are not in when delivery is attempted then a note will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Right to cancel – perishable goods
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 7 working days of delivery except in respect of perishable goods (meaning goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly) or goods which have been consumed, opened or damaged by you.
If you cancel your order of unperishable goods, you must return the goods in their original packaging together with the invoice to us at your expense. Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you where to send the goods.
Please use a tracked or guaranteed form of delivery when returning goods to us as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
We will refund the full amount paid by you to the card or other method of payment used by you within 14 days. We will however deduct the direct costs of recovery if this is done at our expense. We will in any case pay the cost of returning any substitute goods in the event of cancellation under this clause.
Refunds when promotions or vouchers have been used
Where a voucher discount or promotion has been applied, the total value of the discount or promotional offer is shared across each applicable product in equal ratios. If an item or a part of that order is returned and/or refunded we will refund the pro-rata value.
Third Party Delay
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery as a result of the actions of a third party. If you require delivery on or by a particular date please select guaranteed delivery when making your purchase.
Products lost in transit
In the event that your goods do not reach you please contact us by email to email@example.com to enable us to investigate and if appropriate resend your delivery.
